2026 Mid-Year Town Hall: Reflecting, Refocusing, Moving Forward

Last week, we gathered as a team for our 2026 mid-year town hall. 

Our CEO, Mr Lee, walked us through the first-half picture – the wins, the gaps, and where we stand against our goals. We also looked ahead at our global expansion plans and the road ahead. The message was straightforward: stay centred on our customers, think long term, and keep sharpening our craft. 

The evening wrapped up at a seaside restaurant. Laptops stayed closed. Conversation stayed light. The light rain from the passing typhoon did little to dampen the mood – if anything, it added to the atmosphere. For a few hours, the workload stayed firmly off the table. Exactly what we needed to mark how far we have come and to clear our heads before the second half. 

We are back, recharged, and ready.
