SUNTOP Care Foundation: Ten Years of Standing Together

In 2016, a few of us asked a simple question: what if we looked after each other the way we look after our work? 

That question became this Foundation. Since then, we have given US$1,072,000—roughly US$1,010,000 to community causes and US$62,000 directly to colleagues and their families facing challenges. 

The money comes from the company, from team members who donate, and from outside supporters. We distribute it case by case, usually between 500 and 20,000 yuan, depending on need. 

We run this not because it looks good, but because the alternative — doing nothing — was never acceptable. 

To everyone who gave over the past ten years: you built this. Not the board, not a strategy deck. You. We intend to keep going.
